Product Tagging

We help clients determine How, When and Where to begin tagging merchandise upstream of the store.  [We also develop plans to efficiently tag the On-Hand Inventory in our clients’ stores, offsite warehouses and DCs.]  Working closely with their sourcing professionals, we:

• Analyze their company’s factory base and lead time requirements
• Determine any Rollout constraints 
• Create a Rollout Plan for their factories (including a potential transition plan from Service Bureaus to In-Plant Printing solutions)
• Perform “Readiness Assessments” of Factories and Service Bureaus (and create Go-Live plans)
• Create “Onboarding Plans” for new Service Bureaus and/or Factories
• Develop strategies for Quality Assurance and Quality Control
